Counselling hours are your time, so let me know exactly how I can help you? Speak out loud thoughts that have been swirling around in your head, on repeat, for ages. Or discover thoughts you didn’t know you have, hiding behind the louder thoughts in your mind? Perhaps you could share (and allow) thoughts your mind has previously ‘forbidden’ you to explore. You can also simply ask me questions.
